A new assignment for the dedicated graduates of the Lassard Police Academy. This time it's the Wilson Gang, whose criminals have the entire city in fear. The police learn that the gang is plotting "Operation Chaos," planning to further intimidate residents and discredit the police. While the graduates of Lassard develop a plan to prevent the criminals, it turns out that within the walls of the academy the gangsters have an informant. Now the police will not only have to brilliantly conduct an operation to catch the gang, but also to find the traitor in their academy.
