Complaint

Eric Lassard organizes assistance group for the police by the civilian population "Citizens on Patrol". Police officers and instructors, and in the past, graduates, are trying to successfully put this idea into practice. But Captain Harris wants to take the rector's place, he is doing his best to prevent Lassard. He manages to become rector for two weeks, and at this time he is trying to eliminate a group of COP.
