Luc Deveraux works as a tester of a new kind of universal soldiers in a secret laboratory. The management of the laboratory itself and the new soldiers is carried out by a computer SETH. One day SETH independently decides to start a war with humanity, after which he kills his creator, blocks the system and subordinates universal soldiers led by Romeo to his commands. Now the main task is to catch and eliminate someone who knows the deactivation code of the computer lock system, and this is Luc Deveraux. Soon SETH manages to find a human body for himself and he transfers his mind into it, after which he has to kidnap Luc's daughter from the hospital. Now he demands a deactivation code from Luc Deveraux in exchange for his daughter.
