By 2032, the world has changed dramatically, violence and wars have disappeared. The civilization of this period is like an ideal world, but not everything is as smooth as it seems at first sight. Someone who is very influential decides to pull out one of the most dangerous criminals of the past, Simon Phoenix, from the cryo prison. After awakening Simon immediately began to destroy everything on his way, modern policemen have long forgotten how to act in such situations. Then the government decides to wake up a cryo-sleep former policeman, who once caught Phoenix. John Spartan, having got into this ideal world, did not lose his skills for 35 years in the freezer and immediately set to work. A couple of these Neanderthals in a short time spilled half of the city and made a real war.
