On business, and both work by secret agents of the CIA, Franklin Foster and Tuck Hansen, part-time best friends, arrive in Hong Kong. Their goal is to thwart the plans of the international terrorist and criminal Heinrich, who started massively buying weapons for its new operation. But the mission completely failed after the murder of Heinrich's brother and fled. Now the villain somewhere plotting revenge, and two failed agents hiding in the United States. For Franklin invented a legend that says that he is the captain of a cruise ship type, and Tuck temporarily become a travel agent.
