The Fugitive / Беглец (1993)

Richard Kimble - a famous surgeon who is very satisfied with his life. He has a lucrative practice, a charming wife, but one day his whole happiness comes to an end. One night in the house Kimble enters unknown and kills his wife. Richard accused of murder, and now he faces the death penalty. During the transportation of prisoners, one of the prisoners tries to escape, and Richard, taking advantage of the turmoil, running with him. In pursuit of a detachment sent bailiffs led Samuel Gerard. Soon, the detective becomes clear that Richard, probably not responsible for the death of his wife. Meanwhile, Kimble tries to conduct his own investigation in order to justify its name.
