Quite by chance, a djinn imprisoned for centuries in a fiery opal has finally awakened to life. The djinn can fulfill any wish, but in exchange he takes human souls. To gain eternal life for himself, the djinn must fulfill three wishes of the person who awakened him - a girl named Alexandra Amberson. The djinn has unlimited power and evil will, so all human wishes turn against themselves. The djinn begins to pursue Alexandra to persuade her to start making wishes.
