Complaint

Frank Warren, along with his best friend Sam, his mistress Noelle make a daring and carefully planned robbery of the world trade center, stealing diamonds worth several million dollars. After they did the robbery, Frank was wounded by his accomplices and he fell into the hands of the police. But before that, Frank had managed to hide the diamonds. He is put into jail, where no bars and walls, but each prisoner is wearing an electronic collar, which is connected to the collar of another prisoner. Thus, nobody knows that pair, and if someone back more than one hundred meters, there is a bomb mounted on a collar. Frank manages to find his mate and together they decide to escape.
