Chip Douglas - the guy weirdo, who worked as a cable guy. After meeting with Steven Kovacs, he wants to be his good friend. Steven begins to get acquainted closer with the Chip and realizes that this friendship is fraught for him. For example, his comic Boxing turns into a fight boxers in the Middleweight division. Steven decides to get rid of his new friend, but soon realizes that he will not be able to easily do this.
