Briefly about the plot of the film:
Nico Toscani works for the Chicago Police Department. When he was a CIA officer and visited several hot spots, including the Vietnam War. During the hostilities, his colleagues very often violated the law and exceeded their powers, which is why Nico went to the police. Investigating another case related to drug trafficking, Toscani contacts high-ranking officials, and also discovers a connection between the special services and the drug mafia.
