After his victory over some of the most powerful vampire leaders, Blade already began to think that he managed to defeat evil. But the horrible rumor spreads through the world of vampires, which also reaches Blade. It turns out a new type of bloodsuckers, which are devoid of a lot of shortcomings of their predecessors and have much more power. In order to confront this new kind of vampires are decided on a desperate step, they turn to Blade for help. Seeing the hopelessness of the situation, he decides to unite with his eternal enemies from the detachment of vampire warriors - the Bloody Flock. His teacher, a lame old man named Whistler, also joins the newly formed union and all together they go hunting.
