Soul Surfer / Сёрфер души (2011)

A new American drama appeared on the screens in 2011. Director Sean McNamara made an excellent life-affirming film. Thanks to not the most simple plot turned out to be a very remarkable film. Excellent camera work and skillful computer graphics visibly decorate the picture. The musical accompaniment of the film sounds very sincere. Actors, though little known, have become very persuasive in the role of their characters and played a solid five. The film makes you think about those cruel life realities that surround each of us.
A few words about the plot of the picture. Bethany Hamilton is a young surfer. Since the very early childhood the girl was fond of swimming on a board, and has achieved not small successes. But a terrible tragedy befell the girl at the age of thirteen. Floating off the coast of Kauai, she fell into the powerful jaws of a shark. As a result, Bethany was left without a left hand and barely survived. But little Hamilton is not from the timid ten. Thanks to the iron will the girl again became surfing and began to take part in competitions no worse than healthy people ...
