Complaint

The main character of the film is a calculating careerist and a lonely business lady named Lucy Hill. She lives in sunny Miami, loves to dress beautifully and stylishly, and also loves expensive cars. Once the company's management decides to send her on a short-term business trip to a small town New Ulm, located in Minnesota, in the coldest winter season. In connection with the modernization of a small plant located there Lucy will have to halve the staff working there. To fulfill the task of the company's management, Hill will have to adapt to the harsh climate, as well as to the local residents who have not given her an absolutely warm and iridescent welcome.
