Edward Nygma, one of the employees of Wayne Enterprises, was able to create a device that can broadcast television programs simply into the human brain. After a series of experiments, Nygma manages to increase his intelligence and he quits his job. Meanwhile, Bruce Wayne invites psychiatrist Chase Meridian on a date, but during the event, Two-Face appears, who threatens to detonate a bomb, demanding the appearance of Batman. Two-face and his accomplices manage to leave behind many human victims and escape from the scene of the crime. Soon Two-Face kidnaps Chase. Batman sets out to rescue her, but faces another unexpected enemy - the Riddler who has been chasing him lately.
