Jimmy Tong is an ordinary taxi driver known for his speed driving skills and the ability to get his passengers to their destination as quickly as possible and without breaking too many rules. Because of his positive reputation, Jimmy got the opportunity to work as a personal chauffeur for a mysterious and wealthy Clark Devlin. Jimmy has no idea who his boss is. The driver doesn't know Devlin is a spy. The boss's tuxedo is a device that provides the wearer with special abilities (make him a martial artist or an excellent dancer, invisibility or wall walker ...) that Jimmy has to use to destroy the plans of one terrorist group. To stop them, he joins the newly recruited Delilah Blaine.
